A natural result with nipple shortening – 265cc, shaped, P-URE foam covered, silicone gel implants.
Some women with large nipples find that the nipple itself sags even if their breasts do not. This is most common following breast feeding. This patient sought surgery to give her a significant but proportionate increase in size but with a natural and believable outcome. She wanted pert nipples to match her desire for pert breasts.
A medium profile shaped or “tear drop” implant has provided upper breast fullness but has avoided an “implant” look. The nipples have been shortened and lifted using a technique where the incision is imperceptible and without any extra risk to nipple sensation.
