Enhancing not destroying great shaped breasts – 250cc, round, low profile, silicone gel implants, under the muscle
If a patient has a good shape to her natural breasts and just wants essentially the same shape but bigger, it is important not to ruin them with an oversized or overly round implant. A lower profile, proportionate round or shaped implant behind the muscle is the best choice.
